Pig Roast Promo Banner

My friend has a pig roast every year, so to get people excited about the event, I created the promotional piece seen above. I tried to make it indicative of the theme with the western font, the happy pig, and the little flame.

Toy Story Combo Movie Poster

I created a combination movie poster of two of my favorite flicks: Toy Story and Kick Ass. The goal was to seamlessly merge the characters from one into the other. Sure, their facial expressions are slightly confusing, but it adds some comedy to the publication.

Rajon Rondo Mock NBA Magazine

This mock magazine cover is pretty standard. It shows my love for sports and the Boston Celtics. I wanted to keep things clean and classy but also express some emotion through the text.

Vince Carter Dunk Cartoon

This project was meant to give a retro, cartoon look to an awesome sports play. The texture and text of the design should speak the design very well.

Toy Story Lotso From Scratch

For a cool project, we were required to create an image from scratch. So using all my Photoshop tools I created this scene from Toy Story, one of my favorite movie series. This project took me a very long time, but I think it was necessary to do the scene justice.

Super Mario Level From Scratch

In another "from scratch" piece, I recreated a scene from Super Mario Brothers. I drew everything out by hand expect for the fonts (those I took from an open source font site). Pieces like this make you appreciate how images are created and come to life nicely.

Maserati Collage

This is probably the least technical design I've ever made, but everyone I show my work to loves this one. It's a collage of pictures with me and my friends, overlaid by a picture of a Maserati. I was inspired by the puzzles that come out that use tons of small pictures to create a large image. Instead of making a puzzle, I put pictures of myself in this one and came up with a slick design piece.

Jerod Mayo Mock NFL Magazine

It's probably pretty obvious that I am a big sports fan. I wanted to take Jerod Mayo, my favorite Patriots player, and give him a powerful encapsulation. The bubble kind of brings him to life further, while supporting the magazine cover I created from multiple images. Sorry NFL, the logo is for educational purposes only.
